1. Definitions

•  “Company” refers to Grendel Medical.
• “Product” refers to the laparoscopic training game, hardware controller, and any related software or accessories.
• “Membership” refers to the monthly fee to access the software.
• “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or subscribing to our Product.

2. Purchase of Products

• All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
• Prices are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch of the Product.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

3. Membership Fees

• Membership is required to access the Laptitude software.
• Membership is paid monthly / six monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Monthly plans will be billed each month on the same day of the month as the original order was placed unless cancelled. Six-monthly and Annual plans will not automatically renew.
• Customers may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
• The Company reserves the right to modify membership fees with prior notice.
  • Access to Laptitude membership content may be revoked if payment fails or is disputed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss and title transfer to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Hardware controllers may be returned within 30 days of delivery if defective or unused, subject to approval.
• Membership purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable.
• To initiate a return, Customers must contact support with proof of purchase.

6. Warranty and Liability

• Hardware controllers are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Product.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Software License

• Customers are granted a non-transferable, exclusive license to use the software.
• Reverse engineering, duplication, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited.

8. Membership Content and Updates

• The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features within the subscription service.
• Continued use of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in The Netherlands.
