The gastrointestinal (GI) tract includes organs such as the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine.

Urological

Including representations of the urethra, bladder, and prostate, allowing for realistic simulation and practice with enlarged prostates.

Gynecological

For the female reproductive system, organs such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, are included.

A flexible, deterministic system

A segmentation algorithm generates the base organ configurations and a parametric system then allows for fine-tuning anatomy and pathology.


Once parameters are set, the system generates variations in size, shape and pathology fully automatically and deterministically

Expand the system by training more data

OrGEN can be expanded by training more data, using CT scans, 3D point clouds or other sources.

Train OrGEN on patient-specific source material to create patient digital twins for virtual diagnostic procedures, or add support for rare cases that otherwise hardly get trained.

Specializations that aren’t yet supported can be added to the library, such as pediatrics, cardiology and many more.
